We noticed businesses or even individuals usually turn to freelancers or employees for ongoing or seasonal content and document work — but freelancers come and go, so you're always re-explaining what you need to someone new, and employees take time and money to train before they're useful.

We learned this firsthand — years working in entertainment before ETX Records & Content taught us the same lessons every time: you can’t do it all yourself, you have to actually know what you’re doing, and you have to be dependable — nothing runs on people who come and go.

We saw what happens without that kind of support. In Austin, where we lived before Tyler, the boom hit fast — and local businesses that couldn't keep up got pushed out, not because they weren't good, but because they had no one steadfast in their corner.
